Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

· Have all original tags attached 

· Be free from scratches, stains, odors, or any signs of use 

· Not have been used for travel or outdoor purposes 

· Important:
Items showing any signs of use, including wear, dirt, damage, or missing tags, will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

· If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

· Custom or personalized products

· Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved:

· The refund will be issued to your original payment method 

· Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

· Processing times may vary depending on inspection and handling.

· It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
