Welcome to ECOHUB. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your rights and responsibilities when you access or use www.ecohubtravel.com, create a customer account, purchase products, submit product reviews, or use any other related features and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

The website and Services are operated by Wolonggang Import and Export Co., Limited (referred to as “ECOHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your country or region to make a purchase or create a customer account on your own.

Anyone below that age may use the Services only with the involvement, permission, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a parent or legal guardian who allows a minor to use the Services is responsible for that use.

You may not use the website if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using the Services.

2. Customer Accounts

Some website features may allow or require you to create a customer account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for protecting access to your account, email, and related authentication methods. Please contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or another security issue.

You must not impersonate another person, use another person’s account, transfer or sell an account, or use an account for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account where we reasonably believe it is connected with a violation of these Terms, fraud, a security risk, or unlawful activity. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable and required by law.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials, colors, prices, and availability accurate and current. However, colors, textures, or appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, lighting, production batches, measurement methods, and other reasonable factors. Measurements may also be subject to reasonable variation.

Where a difference means that a product is not as described, is defective, or fails to comply with applicable consumer law, you retain all applicable statutory rights and remedies available under our policies.

We may update product information, limit quantities available to a customer or order, discontinue a product, or restrict sales in a particular region without notice, except in relation to an accepted order or where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Airline Baggage Requirements

Certain ECOHUB products may be designed or described by reference to cabin baggage, carry-on baggage, or personal-item size requirements published by particular airlines when the product information was published or updated.

Airlines may change their size, weight, quantity, fare-class, and boarding requirements at any time. Enforcement may also vary by route, aircraft, airport, cabin, or staff decision.

We make reasonable efforts to keep relevant product information accurate, but, except where applicable law requires otherwise, we cannot guarantee that any product will be accepted by every airline or on every flight at all times. You are responsible for checking the current requirements directly with the operating airline before travel and for packing and using the product in accordance with those requirements.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in that order from ECOHUB. An automatically generated order-confirmation email only acknowledges that we have received your order and does not mean that the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted, and a sales contract between you and ECOHUB is formed, when we have completed any necessary review, received or confirmed payment, and sent you a shipping-confirmation email.

Before an order is accepted, we may refuse or cancel it for reasonable grounds, including where:

  • A product is unavailable or discontinued;

  • There is an obvious error in pricing, discount, product description, or inventory;

  • Payment fails, is declined, or cannot be verified;

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, commercial resale, or a violation of these Terms;

  • The delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate, or outside our service area; or

  • Law, sanctions, export controls, or other compliance requirements prevent us from processing the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Please review the products, quantities, delivery address, and contact information carefully before submitting an order. Once an order enters processing, packing, or shipping, we may be unable to accommodate a change or cancellation request. Customer cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices, Currencies, and Errors

Website prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or another available currency depending on your market. The final transaction currency, product price, discount, delivery charge, tax, and any other applicable charge will be shown at checkout.

Prices may differ between markets, sales channels, or third-party platforms. Website prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted, unless applicable law or specific promotional terms provide otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. If an obvious typographical, technical, pricing, discount, inventory, or other error occurs, we may correct the error or cancel an affected order before it is accepted. If payment has already been collected, we will refund the relevant amount.

7. Payment

You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another payment provider displayed at checkout, and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy notice.

We or a payment provider may conduct necessary checks to verify identity, authorize payment, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements. We are not responsible if a card issuer or payment provider declines a transaction or charges currency-conversion, cross-border, or other fees imposed independently by that provider.

8. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

Unless checkout expressly states that they are included, website product prices do not include import duties, customs-clearance charges, local taxes, or other cross-border charges.

International orders may be subject to charges imposed by customs or other authorities in the destination country or region. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the recipient is responsible for those charges, which may need to be paid before delivery.

You are responsible for understanding import requirements that may apply at the destination. Specific tax and customs terms are subject to our Shipping Policy, the information displayed at checkout, and applicable law.

9. Discounts and Promotions

We may offer discount codes, bundle offers, gifts with purchase, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, usage limits, or other rules.

Unless a promotion expressly provides otherwise:

  • Discounts and promotional benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, applied retroactively to previous orders, or combined with other offers;

  • Only eligible offers may be used on an order; and

  • Offers are available only during the stated period and while supplies last.

If specific promotional rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific rules will govern. To the extent permitted by law, we may withdraw a benefit obtained through abuse, fraud, technical error, or violation of the applicable promotional rules.

10. Preorders, Backorders, Bundles, and Promotional Gifts

If we offer preorders, backorders, bundle promotions, or gifts with purchase in the future, the relevant product page, checkout page, or promotional notice will state the applicable estimated shipping time, product scope, and other specific conditions.

Preorder and restock dates are reasonable estimates and may change. If there is a material delay, a product becomes unavailable, or we cancel the relevant order, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law and the published offer terms.

If an order containing a bundle or promotional gift is returned, you may be required to return the relevant bundled item or gift. Where permitted by law and clearly disclosed in the applicable promotion terms, the reasonable value of an unreturned item or gift may be deducted from a refund.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient name, address, postal code, telephone number, and other delivery information are accurate and complete.

Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, public events, peak order volumes, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss of or damage to a product generally transfers to you when the product is physically delivered to the address you provided or to a recipient authorized by you, rather than automatically when we hand it to a carrier.

Further terms regarding delivery charges, delays, address errors, tracking, and lost packages are set out in our Shipping Policy. Neither these Terms nor the Shipping Policy limits any right you may have under applicable law concerning non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or goods damaged in transit.

12. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Order cancellations, return eligibility, return costs, refund processing, and the handling of damaged, defective, or incorrect items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

ECOHUB does not provide a separate manufacturer’s warranty, extended warranty, lifetime warranty, or other commercial warranty. For verified items that arrive damaged or incorrect, or verified defects in materials or workmanship reported within the applicable period, customers may choose a free replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy and do not need to return the affected item. This does not limit or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Personal Use and No Unauthorized Resale

Unless you have ECOHUB’s written authorization or a separate wholesale or distribution agreement with us, products purchased through the website are for personal or household use only and must not be purchased for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, or export.

We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale. Authorized wholesalers and distributors are subject to their separate agreements with ECOHUB. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will govern.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the trademarks, brand names, logos, product designs, patents, text, photographs, videos, graphics, page layouts, software, and other content made available through the Services are owned by ECOHUB, its affiliates, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services only for your personal and non-commercial use.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, rent, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit content from the Services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

15. Product Reviews, Photographs, and Other Content

If you submit a review, rating, comment, suggestion, photograph, video, or other material to us (collectively, “User Content”), you retain ownership of your original content.

You grant ECOHUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license, lasting for the period of the applicable intellectual property rights, to use, reproduce, host, reformat, translate, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative materials from your User Content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of ECOHUB and its products.

When formatting, cropping, resizing, translating, or correcting typographical errors, we will not intentionally change the substantive meaning of a review.

You represent that:

  • You own the User Content or have all rights necessary to submit it and authorize our use;

  • The User Content truthfully reflects your experience, and you have disclosed any gift, discount, payment, or other incentive connected with the review;

  • The User Content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and

  • The User Content does not contain false, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, malicious, spam, or irrelevant material or malware.

We may, but are not required to, monitor User Content and may reject, restrict, or remove content for the reasons above or where it violates these Terms. We will not remove a review solely because it expresses a genuine negative opinion about a product.

Do not include another person’s personal information or information you do not want made public in a public review.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or export controls;

  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of ECOHUB or another person;

  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation, payment abuse, or unauthorized transactions;

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or other material that may damage the security or operation of the Services;

  • Interfere with, bypass, or attempt to compromise the website, an account, checkout, or a security feature;

  • Collect, scrape, or track another person’s personal information without authorization;

  • Use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the Services or circumvents technical measures used to control access;

  • Send spam, phishing content, or other unauthorized commercial communications;

  • Harass, threaten, harm, or impersonate another person; or

  • Use the Services for an unlawful, malicious, or deceptive purpose.

A violation may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access or an account and may give rise to legal liability.

17. Third-Party Tools, Websites, and Services

The Services may include payment, sign-in, review, social-media, mapping, shipment-tracking, or other tools and links provided by third parties. Those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy notice.

We do not control third-party websites or services and do not guarantee their content, availability, security, or independent conduct. To the extent permitted by law, you use third-party services at your own risk. Questions concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant provider.

18. Our Relationship With Shopify

The website is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through the website are transactions directly between you and ECOHUB. Shopify is not the seller or a party to the contract for the sale of ECOHUB products and is not responsible for ECOHUB’s product descriptions, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, or handling of product quality issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliates responsible for obligations arising from your purchase transaction that are properly the responsibility of ECOHUB. This section does not limit any responsibility Shopify may have under its own services, commitments, or applicable law.

19. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy and the cookie and privacy-choice information available on the website before using the Services.

20. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Services

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services and may restrict availability for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not guarantee that the website or a particular feature will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. A change to or discontinuation of the Services will not affect an accepted order or any statutory right you have already acquired.

We may restrict or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, User Content, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution—will continue to apply.

21. Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services and website information accurate, reliable, and available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ECOHUB does not provide a separate commercial warranty, but any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will be completely uninterrupted, timely, free from technical errors, or protected from every security threat, or that general information on the website will be suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee that products will correspond with their description, be of satisfactory or acceptable quality, or be reasonably fit for their ordinary purpose.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECOHUB and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services or products, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data, except for losses that were reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed and for which applicable law requires liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECOHUB’s total liability relating to an order or product will generally not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The limitations above do not apply to:

  • Liability arising from our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Death or personal injury caused by us where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;

  • Willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit; or

  • Any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a third party brings a claim against ECOHUB because of your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, or intentional infringement of a third party’s rights, you agree to indemnify ECOHUB for losses, liabilities, and costs reasonably incurred and legally recoverable in connection with that claim.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify ECOHUB for loss caused by ECOHUB’s own fault, unlawful conduct, or failure to perform its obligations, and does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

24. Force Majeure

We will not be treated as having breached these Terms to the extent that a delay or failure to perform results from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, war, terrorism, epidemics, government action, customs restrictions, labor disputes, carrier or supply-chain disruption, or failures of power, communications, or internet services.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance when reasonably practicable. This section does not affect any non-excludable right to cancellation, refund, or another remedy available under applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and disputes relating to the Services or products are generally governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and ECOHUB agree to submit disputes to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

However, this choice of law and courts does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country or region of residence, or prevent you from seeking relief from a local court, consumer-protection body, or other competent authority where applicable law permits or requires it.

These Terms do not require disputes to be resolved through mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.

26. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, but doing so will not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between you and ECOHUB concerning the Services. If a specific product page, promotion, or other special terms conflict with these Terms, those special terms will govern only the matter to which they expressly apply and only to the extent permitted by law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Updated Terms apply to use of the Services and new orders after they take effect. Unless permitted by law or separately agreed, an update will not retroactively change an order that has already been accepted.
