Stylish backpack with thoughtful storage

This backpack is well made for work and weekend trips. It could fit my laptop without looking too plain, and the colour block design gives it a nice modern look without being over the top. It feels comfortable to wear even when it's packed with my laptop, charger, notebook, and a few extra items. There are plenty of pockets, so I don't have to dig around for my keys, earbuds, or charger anymore. The separate laptop compartment with the quick-access zipper is really convenient because I can grab my laptop without opening the entire bag. The material also seems to handle light rain well, and the padding on the back and shoulder straps makes it comfortable for my daily commute. The USB charging port is a nice extra if you already carry a power bank. The rolltop closure isn't always the quickest when you're in a hurry. It keeps everything secure, but it takes a little longer to open and close compared to a regular zipper backpack. Also, once the main compartment is packed full, some of the smaller pockets become a bit tighter to use. The backpack is also a little larger than I expected, so it may feel bulky if you only carry a few essentials.Overall, it looks nice, keeps everything organised, and feels well made for everyday use.

Great expandable backpack

The media could not be loaded.

This is a well-designed backpack made of recycled plastic bottles that feels good quality and practical for everyday use. My 16” MacBook Pro fits easily, and the roll-top does give you extra space when you need it, it also has a luggage strap, chest strap and a hidden compartment at the back for important stuff like passports, which makes the bag more flexible than a standard backpack. The main drawback is the zip placement, which takes away some of the waterproofing from the roll-top when it comes to keeping rain out. That’s a shame, because the design suggests better weather resistance than it actually delivers.Overall, it’s a good backpack with a solid laptop fit and useful expandable space which provides lots of useful features and very good value for money

Stylish, Durable, Excellently Designed and Incredible Value. Better Than Many Expensive Backpacks

I’ve been genuinely impressed with this backpack and, for the price, it’s excellent value for money. At £29.99, and currently discounted to £26.99 at the time of writing this review, it honestly outperforms many far more expensive backpacks on the market. The fact it’s also made from recycled P.E.T bottles is a huge bonus. The backpack feels extremely durable and well made, especially considering the price point. The materials feel robust, the stitching appears solid throughout, and the water-resistant exterior gives extra peace of mind when caught in bad weather. On top of that, it’s a very stylish backpack. I’ve actually had several people compliment it and ask where it’s from. The backpack is incredibly spacious, and even more so when you unroll the top to expand the main compartment. Inside, there are two pen holders, two slim storage slots (perfect for something like a slim power bank and pocket notebook), one zipped compartment, and two large mesh pockets. The mesh pockets are surprisingly roomy, easily large enough for 500ml to 750ml bottles. I personally keep a fairly chunky 20,000mAh power bank in one of them and route the USB-C cable through the built-in cable hole, which makes charging my phone on the move really convenient without having to hold the power bank or stuff it into my pocket. The laptop storage is also very well thought out. There are two padded sleeve-style compartments inside the main section, the larger one comfortably fits my 13" MacBook and the smaller one fits my 10" tablet perfectly. One of my favourite design features is the dual access to the main compartment. You can open it conventionally from the top, but there’s also rear access which saves you from constantly unclipping and unrolling the top just to grab something quickly.Storage overall is fantastic. The two external side pockets comfortably fit 1L bottles or umbrellas, the front zipped pocket is roomy, and there’s even a hidden security pocket on the back which is ideal for passports, money, and your phone when travelling. The bottom of the backpack uses a faux leather material which should help protect it from wear and tear when placed on the ground. Comfort-wise, the back padding is very soft and plush, and because the backpack itself is lightweight it’s genuinely comfortable to wear for long periods. There are a few minor downsides. The padding on the shoulder straps is quite thin compared to the excellent back padding. Also, if you heavily fill the internal mesh pockets it can make accessing the external side pockets a bit awkward. Finally, while the laptop sleeves are useful, I do think they could benefit from more padding at the bottom, I’ve noticed my MacBook lightly touch the ground inside the bag when putting it down.Overall, this is an outstanding backpack for the money and one I’d happily recommend to almost anyone. Despite being listed as a women’s backpack, I’d personally describe the styling as completely unisex.

Multi- pocketed, large storage backpack

The backpack has a large storage with plenty of pockets. It has two way access to the main compartment. The material looks waterproof and seems thick, durable. It can be packed away and stored small.Even though, it's recommended for women, it has a unisex appearance. Especially in the black colour. I don't particularly like the rolltop as it's a hassle when tucking and closing. I also don't like the buckles as they can be caught on things.

A practical, spacious designed bag that keeps your tech and essentials neatly in place.

This large laptop bag is really well-designed, offering two convenient ways to access the main compartment: through the roll‑top opening or via the large zipped access panel on the rear. Being able to reach inside from both sides makes it so much easier to grab what you need quickly.Inside, there are several internal pockets, along with additional external ones, making it easy to keep everything organised when you’re on the move. There’s plenty of space for a laptop, chargers, notebooks and all the extras you need for work or travel.A practical, spacious and thoughtfully designed bag that keeps your tech and essentials neatly in place.

Highly Recommended

I am beyond thrilled with this super backpack. It is just what I have been looking for for ages. Most backpacks now seem to be designed as small suitcases for cheap flights but I have been looking for one with a large, top loaded main compartment where I could drop my camera and binoculars and then oraganise other stuff around them. This fulfills these wishes and more. I love the fact that you can adjust the size. It is a useful basic size which can be expanded hugely by unrolling the top or can be made smaller with its compression straps. It has three zipped compartments accessible from the outside plus two good sized external bottle pouches both of which have elastic at the side to keep bottles secure. The large main compartment has a zipped pocket on one side and on the other are two padded slip pockets for a laptop, tablet or documents and there is charging access to these pockets. This is where I will put my camera but it would also be useful for clothes on a different trip especially if you had put them in a packing cube. There is another discrete zip pocket with a side opening at the front which has a key chain in it. The third pocket is a secret one in the padded back, just under the strap you can slide over the handle of your suitcase. It is very comfortable to wear - the back is well padded as are the straps and - hoorah - it has a chest strap so I can keep it on my narrow shoulders. It seems as if for my purposes they have thought of everything. The design is so clever because it can be used a for active trips and walking or for work. The colours support this versatility too - you can have plain black or a jollier pink and blue or neutral options. I went for the sage green and cream and I love it. More interesting than a single colour but suitable for country or town. I haven’t tested it’s waterproof qualities but I am certain it is at least water resistant. And finally - it has eco credentials! It is largely made from plastic bottles and you can read more about how many and the proportion of recycled to new materials on their website. All this for under £30 is an absolute bargain. Very highly recommended.

Great value and functionalities

The bag has decent materials, with a thick rubberized base and splash proof panels. The zipper at the top of the roll top section is not coated, hence it's not really waterproof when the bag is totally expanded. The zipper are fairly smooth; they are from SBS, a mid tier Chinese brand, you wouldn't expect finding YKK in such a cheap bag. The buckles also feel fine, with a satisfying click and easy operations. It's certainly tailored for women, with a shorter back section. The back and straps have a breathable mesh-foam material, which offer decent padding for a day pack. It's a fairly comfortable bag, though I wouldn't recommend it for hiking or travelling given the minimal padding. The look is very modern and slick, and the beige color scheme looks very smart and timeless. Thankfully, the branding is very minimal too, and it's slightly reflective too. Thanks to the compression straps and the roll top design, it can be made very compact, yet it can be expanded massively if you need to carry shoes, a jacket, a fitness outfit, etc.The functionality are surprisingly great for a bag of this price: luggage pass-through, secret pocket in the back's padding, fully accessible interior from the back panel (ideal for laptop extraction, front pocket, laptop sleeve (with minimal padding though), various inner compartments, battery cable hole on one side, 2 side bottle holders with elasticated opening, sternum strap, key chain...The only complaints would be the lack of fasteners to keep the various straps from dangling, the lack of antitheft features for the zippers, full waterproofing of the zippers, better handle with some padding. But these are usually features you find on £60+ bags.Given the price of £30 at the moment, the recyclable material claims, the overall quality and features, and the stylish look, it's an excellent bag with great value for money. It's an ideal commuter back pack, and my partner definitely won't be ashamed to use it when commuting to work by bike, or for day trips.

Well made and very practical

When I first started using this rucksack, I really didn't like the extra fabric roll-top business at all. It seemed pointless to me and I struggled to see what I was looking for inside. Then: duuuuh! I got to grips with the design. Just fold the whole top section back on itself, et voilà, easy to pack and unpack. And then, of course, when you're out and about, there's the easy-access zippered rear entrance to the main compartment. Easy access for you, that is, not for pickpockets, because it's the part that sits against your back.So what am I thinking of that roll-top design now? Well, never having had one before, I was discombobulated by it, but I've now realised after having used the bag for a while, it gives you extra headroom on the days when you need to put extra stuff in that you hadn't anticipated. Those bread rolls you picked up on the way home? In they go! This pullover you need to put somewhere because the sun came out? In it goes! All in all, I'm very pleased with the quality and design of this rucksack, to say it's made out of recycled plastic bottles! The zips, straps and stitching are all sturdy and I've found it comfortable to wear. A great workhorse of a bag for everyday use, with plenty of pockets inside and out for stashing your necessities. If you dig the look of it, go right ahead and get it.

Spacious but gets dirty

Packing my computer into this dusty rose bag feels secure. The padded sleeve protects the device from bumps during my crowded train commute. Rolling the top down creates a tight seal against sudden rain showers, keeping my paperwork completely dry. The external USB port allows me to charge my phone while walking, provided I remember to pack my internal battery pack. The shoulder straps feature thick padding, preventing them from digging into my shoulders when the bag is fully loaded. The pale pink colour gets dirty rather quickly when placed on the floor of a bus. Wiping the exterior fabric with a damp cloth removes most surface stains. The side pockets stretch to accommodate large water bottles securely. The main compartment holds a surprising volume of folders and lunch boxes. Finding small items at the bottom requires digging blindly due to the deep design. The metal buckles feel robust, snapping shut with a satisfying click. Carrying this rucksack distributes the weight evenly across my back, preventing aching muscles after a long day in the city.

Brilliant Everyday and Travel Bag

Ordered this for my wife for work and an upcoming trip away, and it’s turned out to be a really good buy. Big enough that she can use it for a weekend away without needing a suitcase, but also neat enough to work really well as a daily office bag too.The quality genuinely surprised me. I’d expected it to be decent for the price, but it actually feels really well made and properly thought through. The material feels sturdy, the zips are smooth, and it has loads of useful pockets and compartments without looking bulky or overcomplicated. The roll top design is smart too because it can stay compact for everyday use or expand when you need to cram more in.It’s also really comfortable to wear. The straps are nicely padded, it sits well on your back, and overall it just feels like a much more premium backpack than expected. Looks stylish as well without looking overly sporty, which was important for office use.One of the best things is how versatile it is. Perfect for commuting, overnight stays, work trips, or even just using as an everyday carry bag. My wife has already completely claimed it as hers, which probably says everything really.Overall, really pleased with this. Good quality, practical, roomy without being massive, and ideal if you want one bag that can handle work, travel, and weekends away equally well.

Exactly what I needed.

I am very satisfied with this item, it meets all my expectations. I've been using it for work, as I walk to the office and often carry lots of equipment. It fits all my needs. Especially as a woman, I like that it better fits my back, and can hold heavy weighted items without drooping down or feeling heavier.

Classy, age appropriate, expandable, anti theft

I now have a very handy backpack for travel which looks classy and age appropriate, as compared to my ones before that looks too sporty. It is also expandable and anti theft.

Worth the outlay so far!

Great quality for the price (I ordered this and a more expensive but similar bag...that one went back!) - really roomy and well designed, was a bit concerned about being able to open it via the zip but it's a good quality sturdy zip and actually makes the bag so much more useable. The inside pockets are great for organisation, the straps are comfortable and easy to adjust and I love the fact it adjusts size wise so can be used as a compact bag or filled all the way up when you need to stuff your jacket in there. Bottle pockets on both sides is a bonus as are the extra outside zipped compartments. Really pleased...we shall be going on many adventures together!

Practical and Stylish Choice for Daily Commuting

Carrying technology essentials is made effortless with the ECOHUB Women's Laptop Backpack. Its rolltop design offers a touch of elegance and practicality, allowing seamless integration into a bustling daily routine. The backpack comfortably houses a 15.6-inch laptop, with plenty of room for additional items like notebooks, chargers, and a water bottle, which is a lifesaver during busy commutes. One of the standout features is its eco-friendly fabric, which offers peace of mind for the environmentally conscious while maintaining durability. The well-padded shoulder straps make it easy to carry even when fully loaded, distributing weight evenly and preventing unwanted strain.Although the rolltop design is sleek, it can sometimes be a tad cumbersome to access items quickly. Additionally, an extra pocket or two on the exterior might have been useful for smaller bits and bobs. However, these are minor niggles in what is otherwise a highly functional and stylish backpack.Pros:- Enviro-friendly materials- Comfortable to wear for long periods- Spacious yet compact designCons:- Rolltop can be slightly awkward for quick access- Limited external pockets for small items
